2. What this site offers
The GST Health Report and the DPDP Readiness Check are free self-assessment tools that build a report from what you upload or answer. The blog and the rest of the site are general information about GST, income tax, company law and data protection. None of it is prepared for your specific circumstances unless we say so in writing.
3. General information, not professional advice
Nothing on this site — including a tool's score, gap list, penalty ceiling or roadmap — is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using it does not create an advisor-client relationship, or any professional relationship, between you and Fintacy Solutions Private Limited. Please speak to a qualified professional about your own situation before acting on anything you read or generate here.
4. Accuracy of the tools
A report reflects only what you entered or uploaded, and we do not verify it. Scores, ceilings and gap analyses are indicative: they are built to point you toward what matters most, not to catch every fact that might apply to your situation, and they are not a substitute for a proper audit or a legal opinion. We try to keep the tools current with the law, but a change in law may take time to be reflected, and we do not guarantee the tools are error-free or complete.
5. Your responsibilities
- Use the tools for your own organisation, or one you are authorised to assess.
- Give accurate information — a tool cannot warn you about a gap it was not told about.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer a tool, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
- Do not use the site, or a report from it, for anything unlawful or to mislead someone else.
6. Your reports
A report you generate is yours to keep, print or share as you see fit; we do not claim ownership of it. See our Privacy notice for how long we hold it on our servers and what becomes of it after that.
7. Intellectual property
Other than your own report, everything on this site — its text, design, the questions and scoring logic behind the tools, and the Fintacy Solutions name and mark — belongs to Fintacy Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may read, use and share a page for your own purpose, but not copy the tools themselves, reproduce their questions or scoring wholesale, or present them as your own.
8. No warranty, and limitation of liability
This site and its tools are provided as they are, without a warranty of any kind — including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Fintacy Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including a decision made on the strength of a report. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
